This case is calendared for trial at the March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On February 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion). The motion states that additional time is needed to review documents and to discuss settlement. The motion further states that petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 21, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session, and is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
