ORDER

EMIN TORO JUDGE

On April 2, 2020, the trial session scheduled to begin in Los Angeles, California, on May 18, 2020, was canceled due to concerns related to COVID-19, and this case was assigned to the undersigned judge. On November 17, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 66) informing the Court that petitioners' counsel anticipates filing a motion to compel with regard to the subpoena for testimony from a third-party witness unless the third-party witness changes its position with regard to responding to the subpoena. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
