ORDER

Appellant's unopposed motion to extend the time for the trial court to conduct a fact-finding hearing on appellant's request for bail is GRANTED. The hearing shall be held in the trial court no later than November 22, 2013. The trial court clerk is ORDERED to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact as soon as possible after the hearing, and no later than December 4, 2013. The findings of fact should include any recommendations by the trial court with regard to a reasonable amount of bail for appellant.
