In an action to determine claims to real property, order permitting plaintiff to amend its third amended complaint and to file a fourth amended complaint affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, with leave to appellants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
