Cartwright, Ronald J. Colombo, Elizabeth Cosenza, Richard Allen Epstein, Joseph A. Grundfest, and Andrew N. Vollmer having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals (Motion No. 2023-04058), And American Bankers Association having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals (Motion No. 2023-04059), And Security Industry and Financial Markets Association having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals (Motion No. 2023-04060), And Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission Chair, Jay Clayton, and Former SEC Director of the Division of Market Regulation, Brandon Becker, having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals (Motion No. 2023-04069), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted, and movants are directed to serve one copy of their respective brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, upon all parties to the appeal, and to file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of their respective brief, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9, within 15 days of the entry of this order (Motion Nos. 2023-04058, 2023-04059, 2023-04060 and 2023-04069).
