ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was called for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 7, 2022, at the Celebrezze Federal Building located at 1240 East 9th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, Courtroom No. 3013. Both parties appeared and were heard.

On October 17, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached and requested thirty (30) days to file decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
