Upon due consideration of the record of this case and the case at Docket No. 9067-20, which case was closed by Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on August 27, 2021, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed May 25, 2021, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners are directed to pay the Court's $60 filing fee is extended to January 10, 2022. Failure to pay the fee may result in the dismissal of this case or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
