This case is scheduled for trial at the session of the Court to commence at Miami, Florida on February 27, 2023.

On November 18, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 7). The parties failed to attach to the Settlement Stipulation the referenced Statement of Account (IRS Form 3623), and the decision also does not state the date of the referenced overpayment.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 7), filed November 18, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 28, 2022, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
