ORDER

This case is calendared on the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session. On January 27, 2022, respondent filed a motion for partial summary judgment. On the same day petitioners filed an unopposed motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 2, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion for partial summary judgment. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 2, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
