The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due October 17, 2023. On October 19, 2023, this Court notified the court reporter that the record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.
Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Sharina Fowler to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal on or before JANUARY 18, 2023. We caution Ms. Fowler that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Fowler not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lela Mays, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; Sharina Fowler, Official Court Reporter, 283rd Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
