JOSE CALVILLO, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F20-11642, F20-60678, F20-51752, F20-54535, F20-60677

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On February 7, 2024, we ordered that court reporter Sharina Fowler not sit as a court reporter until the complete reporter's record is filed, and we ordered the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings concerning the reporter's record. The reporter's record has now been filed.

We VACATE this Court's order to the extent it ordered Ms. Fowler not to sit as a court reporter and ordered the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings. Ms. Fowler may now sit as a court reporter, and the trial court need not hold the hearing or make findings required by the order of February 7, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lela D. Mays, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; Sharina Fowler, Official Court Reporter, 283rd Judicial District Court; Dallas County Auditor's Office; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
