FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF MILAM COUNTY, 20TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. CV 37,715, HONORABLE JOHN YOUNGBLOOD, JUDGE PRESIDING ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellee Whiskey Hollow Ranch, L.L.C, (Whiskey Hollow) has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal as to appellee Whiskey Hollow, contending that the notice of appeal was untimely as to the judgment rendered against appellant on his claims against Whiskey Hollow and severed from appellant's claims against appellees the Estate of Florence Virginia Walker Bohn and John T. Parker, as Executor of The Estate of Florence Virginia Walker Bohn. Having considered the motion, appellant's response, and appellee Whiskey Hollow's reply we grant the motion and dismiss this appeal as to appellee Whiskey Hollow Ranch, L.L.C., for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a). We direct the clerk of this Court to re-style the caption of the instant appeal as follows:
Francisco Calvillo, Appellant
