MEMORANDUM OPINION

A jury found Keith Kent Calvert guilty of driving while intoxicated. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 49.04 (Vernon 2003). The trial court assessed punishment at thirty days' confinement in jail, probated for one year, and a $500 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not file a brief. Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
