CHRISTINA CALVACHE & VINCENTE CALVACHE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order dated May 16, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's filing fee. On June 20, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Dismiss. However, further review indicates that petitioners' Motion appears to be more akin to a Letter indicating that petitioners do not intend to pay the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Dismiss, is recharacterized as petitioners' Letter. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
