ORDER


On October 28, 2002, Plaintiff filed a pro se employment discrimination complaint in this Court pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq This cause of action is currently before the Court on Plaintiff's Application for Court-Appointed Counsel. (Dkt. #2). Due to deficiencies in the Plaintiff's motion, the Court ordered that Plaintiff show cause why her motion should not be dismissed or file supplemental documentation to correct the deficiencies. (Dkt. # 4). Plaintiff has filed a response to the Order to Show Cause, wherein she provides some additional factual support for her claims. (Dkt. #5).

Having reviewed Plaintiff's motion, and the record in its entirety, the Court finds and ORDERS:

(1) Plaintiff's case is referred to the Screening Committee of this Court's pro bono panel. The Committee shall review the case and make its recommendation to the Court, in accordance with the plan and rules for the pro bono panel.

(2) Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel (Dkt. #2) is RENOTED for consideration on February 7, 2003, to allow the pro bono panel time to make its recommendation.

(3) The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order to Plaintiff and to the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly.
