This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York, trial session scheduled to begin on February 27, 2023. On January 6, 2023, respondent filed a motion to remand. Respondent states in the motion, among other things, that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand, filed January 6, 2023, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than April 21, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 26, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
