Upon remittitur from the Court of Appeals (37 N.Y.3d 1216 [2022]), the order entered January 16, 2020 (181 A.D.3d 39 [1st Dept 2020]), insofar as appealed, unanimously reversed, with costs, and the matters remanded to the New York City Loft Board for further proceedings in accordance with Matter of Callen v New York City Loft Board (37 N.Y.3d 1216).
