On April 13, 2023, pursuant to the Court's March 8, 2023, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that Jasmin Calle, next friend of petitioner Luis I. Calle in this case, has relayed that she is continuing to try and work with counsel from a low-income taxpayer clinic. Respondent also reports that additional time is needed for petitioners to gather documentation and have an amended return prepared. Respondent further reports that the parties continue to be in communication regarding this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 19, 2023, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
