Eric Lamonte Call & Anona H. Call Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's February 7, 2022, Pocatello, Idaho remote trial session. On January 7, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed motion for continuance and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that the petitioners and the Office of Independent Appeals have not yet discussed this case and is being returned to respondent's counsel for trial preparation; counsel for respondent has not yet received the administrative file, leaving insufficient time for the parties to work together before the trial date.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's February 7, 2022, Pocatello, Idaho remote trial session and is continued generally.
