ORDER
The reporter's record was due February 13, 2017. By postcard dated February 14, 2017, we notified Velma Loza, official court reporter of the 195th Judicial District Court, that the record was past due. The following day, Ms. Loza notified us that the reporter on the appeal was Yolanda Atkins, the deputy official reporter. Ms. Atkins then filed a request for additional time which we granted, ordering the record filed by April 22, 2017. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Atkins.
We ORDER court reporter Yolanda Atkins to file the reporter's record in the above appeal within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order. Ms. Atkins is cautioned that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure that this appeal proceeds in a timely fashion, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until the record in this appeal is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Yolanda Atkins, deputy official court reporter, 195th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
