ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session. On February 22, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion to Change Place of Trial to Fresno, California (Doc. 12). On February 22, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and petitioners' pending Motion. On February 24, 2022, the Court held a follow-up conference call with the parties and Robert Probasco, Director of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at Texas A&M University School of Law, who at the conclusion of the call agreed to represent petitioners. By Order served February 25, 2022, among other things, this case was stricken from the March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On March 27, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 49) requesting additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision document or a further status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
