Opinion
No. 10-6853.
Submitted: October 14, 2010.
Decided: October 22, 2010.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Richard D. Bennett, District Judge. (l:09-cv-43085-RDB).
James A. Calhoun-El, Appellant Pro Se. Philip Melton Andrews, Mary Beth Ewen, Kramon Graham, PA, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.
Before MOTZ, KING, and DAVIS, Circuit Judges.
Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
James A. Calhoun-El appeals the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2006) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Calhoun-El v. Maynard, No. l:09-cv-03085-RDB, 2010 WL 2342384 (D. Md. June 4, 2010). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
