The petition for review is denied. The petition makes accusations against the trial court that are both baseless and disrespectful, such as asserting the trial judge “is psychotic so as not be able to even understand simple logic.” The clerk of this court is directed to send to the State Bar of California copies of (1) this order, (2) the petition for review filed before this Court on October 3, 2023, (3) the petition for writ of mandate filed before the Court of Appeal on August 28, 2023, (4) the appendix in support of the petition for writ of mandate filed before the Court of Appeal on August 28, 2023, and (5) the order of the Court of Appeal denying the petition for writ of mandate on September 21, 2023.
