Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Ernest J. Cavallo, J.), entered November 16, 2007, after a nonjury trial, in favor of defendants dismissing the complaint and awarding defendant Olonoff, Asen Serebro, LLP a recovery of $30 on its counterclaim.

Judgment (Ernest J. Cavallo, J.), entered November 16, 2007, affirmed, without costs, for the reasons stated by Ernest J. Cavallo, J. at Civil Court.
