On September 8, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Change or Correct Caption, apprising the Court that there was a misspelling in petitioner's middle name and providing petitioner's birth certificate as evidence thereof.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Change or Correct Caption is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to read, "Mayco Reymundo Calderon, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
