ORDER

UPON CONSIDERATION of the application of counsel for the applicant, the response filed thereto, and the reply, IT IS ORDERED that the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, case No. 20-4303, is hereby recalled and stayed pending the timely filing and disposition of a petition for a writ of certiorari. The FDIC's December 15, 2020 removal and prohibition order is hereby stayed pending the timely filing and disposition of a petition for a writ of certiorari. Should the petition for a writ of certiorari be denied, this stay shall terminate automatically. In the event the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted, the stay shall terminate upon the sending down of the judgment of this Court.
