ORDER

PER CURIAM

This appeal was submitted on May 23, 2024, the panel consisted of Justices Jewell, Zimmerer, and Hassan. On October 8, 2024, we issued an order abating the appeal. We determined appellant's pro se brief appeared to be missing page numbers 13 and 14. Appellant was directed to refile their corrected brief within 30 days of the abatement order. On October 15, 2024, appellant refiled their brief containing the missing pages. On October 24, 2024, appellee notified the court that they will not file a response as permitted by the abatement order.

Accordingly, the appeal is reinstated on our active docket and resubmitted to Justices Jewell, Zimmerer, and Hassan.
