Defendant claims in its second motion to dismiss that the at-issue website “is not only accessible to the visually impaired, but is complaint with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, which is even a more rigorous compliance standard than the WCAG 2.0 standard.” ECF No. 38 at 1. To “secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination” of this proceeding, Fed.R.Civ.P. 1, a conference is scheduled for June 1, 2022, at 12:00 p.m., to discuss the status of settlement.
