ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

Petitioner filed the petition to commence this case on August 13, 2021, indicating therein that she seeks review of a notice of determination concerning collection action issued for her 2011, 2012, and 2014 tax years. Petitioner did not attach to the petition a copy of the relevant notice of determination. Respondent filed his answer on November 4, 2021, indicating therein that certain exhibits were attached to the answer. However, no exhibits were attached to respondent's answer.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it appearing that the record does not contain a copy of the notice(s) of determination that petitioner challenges in this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 18, 2022, respondent shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice(s) of determination on which this case is based. 1
