Before us is the State's August 16, 2022 motion to supplement the clerk's record. The State asserts the trial court in the above referenced causes took judicial notice of a mental health evaluation report prepared as a result of a separate proceeding in the 401st Judicial District Court in cause number 401-02035-2019. 1 The State further asserts the record in cause number 401-02035-2019 is relevant to an issue presented in this appeal. We GRANT the State's motion and ORDER Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley to file, WITHIN FIFTEEEN DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER a supplemental clerk's record from the proceedings in cause number 401-02035-2019 in the 401st Judicial District Court, including, but not limited to, the mental health evaluation report.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this Order to the Honorable George B. Flint, Presiding Judge, 401st Judicial District Court; the Honorable Benjamin N. Smith, Presiding Judge, 380th Judicial District Court; Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley; and to counsel for all parties. 2
