On June 16, 2021, respondent filed a motion for entry of order that undenied allegations be deemed admitted pursuant to Rule 37(c). By Order issued July 26, 2021, the Court directed petitioners, on or before September 9, 2021, to file a reply to answer. On September 3, 2021, petitioners filed their reply to answer.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for entry of order that undenied allegations be deemed admitted pursuant to Rule 37(c) is denied.
