The exception here is to a judgment finding the plaintiff in error in contempt of court for a violation of a court order in a processioning proceeding. The Supreme Court is without jurisdiction. Constitution of Georgia, art. 6, sec. 2, par. 4 (Ga. L. 1945, p. 43).

Transferred to the Court of Appeals. All the Justices concur.
