Judgment reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event. It was error not to allow defendant to show all she paid Aderer on plaintiff's account. It was error not to submit the question of conversion to the jury. Burr, Thomas, Carr, Rich and Stapleton, JJ., concurred.
