ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

These consolidated cases are calendared for trial during the Court's April 29, 2024, Dallas, Texas, special trial session. By Order served March 20, 2023, among other things, the parties were directed to file on or before May 15, 2023, a joint report describing the status of these cases. The report was also to include a proposed pretrial schedule.

On May 15, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report informing the Court that "[d]espite discussions between counsel, the parties have not yet agreed to proposed dates for all pretrial activities." The parties attached to the status report their respective proposed pretrial schedules. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 31,2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases. The report should also include a proposed pretrial schedule.
