These consolidated cases are assigned to the undersigned judge. By Order served February 10, 2023, the parties were directed to file on or before March 15, 2023, a joint report describing the status of these cases.

On March 14, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the current status of the cases and future proceedings. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order served February 10, 2023, is hereby vacated in that the parties are no longer required to file a joint report describing the status of these cases. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are calendared for trial during the Court's April 29, 2024, Dallas, Texas, special trial session beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time in Room 726 7th Floor, Earl Cabell Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas, 75242. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 15,2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases. The report should also include a proposed pretrial schedule.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
