DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 26, 2015, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated January 25, 2017, and for ancillary relief. Separate motion by appellants for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order dated January 25, 2017, and for ancillary relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellants' motions are denied.
