This case is calendared for trial at the October 11, 2022, San Francisco, California, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On September 20, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (motion). Petitioners' views on the granting of the motion are unknown. On October 5, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating a basis of settlement has been reached in this case and requesting 60 days to file either a status report or decision documents.
