DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 26, 2016. The order granted appellant's motion to vacate a default judgment only to the extent of setting the matter down for a traverse hearing.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as by order of the same court dated June 1, 2016, following the traverse hearing, appellant's motion to vacate the default judgment was granted and the action was dismissed.
