It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appeal is perfected by the November 2020 Term, the filing deadline for which is September 10, 2020. In the event defendant-appellant fails to so perfect the appeal, plaintiff may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
