ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on Thomas J. Dwyer, Jr.'s motion to withdraw as petitioners' counsel, filed June 13, 2022. According to the motion respondent does not object. Because of communication problems between petitioners and Mr. Dwyer, petitioners' view toward the motion is not shown in the motion. Following a conference call with counsel for the parties on June 23, 2022, it is

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause on petitioners at 1621 Ashland Avenue, Unit 2N, Chicago, Illinois, 60622. It is further.

ORDERED that on or before August 8, 2022, petitioners, personally and not through counsel, show cause in writing why the motion to withdraw should not be granted.

Petitioners' failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause will result in the granting of the motion.
