Supreme Court of Florida.
Apr 24, 2014
143 So. 3d 916 (Fla. 2014)

Opinion

No. SC12–1920.

2014-04-24

Carlos Tonyo CABRERA, Petitioner(s) v. STATE of Florida, Respondent(s).

As no responses were filed to this Court's order to show cause dated February 25, 2014, this Court has reviewed the case on its own and has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Campbell v. State, 125 So.3d 733 (Fla.2013). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.330(d).

POLSTON, C.J., and QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
