An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 16, 2019, and the appeal having been perfected, And defendants-respondents-appellants having moved for an order: (1) extending their time to perfect their cross appeal; and (2) granting leave to file a supplemental record, And the appeal having been adjourned to the June 2020 Term by an interim order of a Justice of this Court, dated February 7, 2020, with no further adjournments to be granted, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the branch of the motion seeking leave to file a supplemental record is denied. The Clerk of the Court is directed to maintain the perfected appeal on the calendar for the June 2020 Term.
