Judgment unanimously modified by striking out the provision for the allowance of interest, which modification we believe is required under the authority of Banque Mellie Iran v. Yokohama Specie Bank ( 299 N.Y. 139) and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. Settle order on notice.
