ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' EX PARTE APPLICATION TO MODIFY SCHEDULING ORDER


The Court has reviewed Defendants' Ex Parte Application for an Order to modify the scheduling order, Plaintiff's Opposition to the Ex Parte Application, and Defendants' Reply to Plaintiff's Opposition. Defendants have demonstrated good cause for a modification of the scheduling order to allow the completion of expert discovery. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendants' ex parte request and modifies the July 27, 2008 scheduling order (Dkt. # 122) and October 24, 2008 minute order (Dkt. # 133) as follows: Event Current Deadline Amended date
