C. M. Hamner v. Oxford

Court of Civil Appeals of Texas, Beaumont
Dec 5, 1929
22 S.W.2d 1119 (Tex. Civ. App. 1929)

Opinion

No. 1916.

December 5, 1929.

Appeal from Jefferson County Court; C. N. Ellis, Judge.

D. E. O'Fiel, of Beaumont, for appellant.

Barnes Barnes, of Beaumont, for appellee.

This was an automobile collision suit, wherein appellee recovered judgment against appellant for the sum of $217.36 as damages to his automobile. Appellant's propositions go only to the extent of challenging the jury's verdict, assessing the damages and convicting him of negligence, as being without support. These propositions are denied. The verdict in all respects has abundant support in the evidence.

Affirmed.
