ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's just-referenced motion, clarifying therein relevant parameters and bases with respect to any dismissal applicable in the context of this abatement proceeding. Alternatively, if appropriate, the Court would consider a Proposed Stipulated Decision filed by the parties.
