This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial at the Court's May 13, 2024, Boston, Massachusetts trial session, is before the Court on petitioners' motion for continuance, filed April 11, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is set for hearing at the time and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served February 2, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that (1) the parties need not comply with the terms and obligations set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order, served February 2, 2024, and (2) only counsel for the parties need appear.

The parties are advised that the Court is inclined to grant the motion; the hearing will establish expected future actions to be taken by each party. The parties may contact the Court at the telephone number shown in the Standing Pretrial Order to request a more convenient time and date for the hearing.
