This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Knoxville, Tennessee, is the place of trial.

The notice of deficiency dated November 10, 2020, upon which this case is based, as well as the petition filed February 12, 2021, sets forth the names of petitioners as Kenneth L. Byrd and Amy C. Byrd. Due to a clerical error, petitioners' last names are misspelled in the caption of this case as "Kenneth L. Byro" and "Amy C. Byro". Accordingly, the Court will amend the caption in this case to reflect the correct spelling of petitioners' names.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Kenneth L. Byrd & Amy C. Byrd, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
