ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's November 13, 2023, standalone remote trial session.

On September 28, 2023, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 12) that incorporates facts stipulated by the parties, but they failed to file a settlement stipulation. The Court is therefore unable to process the parties' proposed stipulated decision.

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 12), filed September 28, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 12, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation or a status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction of this case.
