Present — Peck, P.J., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Shientag, JJ.


Order unanimously modified to the extent of directing that, within ten days after service of the order, defendant-third-party plaintiff-appellant furnish a bill of particulars only as to items "J", "K", "L", "M" and "P" set forth in third-party defendant-respondent's demand dated May 9, 1949, and, as so modified, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion.
